Lee Grant dan Joseph Feury tentang Saat-saat di Karpet Merah dan Gaya Vintage

Lee grant posed backstage after winning “Best Supporting Actress” with Madeline Kahn and actor Joel Grey during the 48th Academy Awards at Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, California on March 29, 1976. She is well-known for her role in the 1973 film, Shampoo, and her husband Arnie Manoff’s Communist Party membership blacklisting her in Hollywood from 1952 to 1964. After moving to Malibu, she fell in love with Joseph Fioretti (Joe Feury), and upon returning to acting, she achieved stardom again. Grant later turned to directing, co-founding Feury/Grant Productions with Fioretti, earning an Oscar for a documentary in 1987. Now, Fioretti has transitioned to painting and is hosting an exhibition called “Fioretti: Family, Friends & Flowers,” with all proceeds benefiting Ukrainian charities. The event, co-hosted by celebrities including Joy Behar, Judy Collins, Michael Douglas, Gloria Steinem, and Sean Penn, features his artworks, providing a chance to raise awareness. Grant, a Hollywood legend at age 98, is also an accomplished painter, but has shifted her focus to directing. The exhibition showcases various pieces by Fioretti, including portraits of Grant, cityscapes, and Ukraine’s national flower, the sunflower. Together, the couple has attended a range of high-profile events, learning to navigate the paparazzi at the Oscars. While Fioretti opts for designer tuxedos on the red carpet, Grant prefers vintage or rental gowns, harkening back to a time when celebrities styled themselves. Reflecting on her film career, Grant cherishes a silk blouse from Voyage of the Damned, appreciating the history and nostalgia it holds. Fioretti transitioned away from filmmaking in the early 2000s due to industry changes, choosing to pursue art studies later in life. Learning to draw at the Art Students League, he found a new passion and understanding of artistic foundations.
